Joyceful Nature Adventures

A living programme of camps, gatherings, and nature-rooted experiences for all ages

In the heart of nature, under the shade of the trees and close to the rhythm of the sea, we gather to learn, create, move, and live together.

Joyceful Nature Adventures is our living programme. A space where children, adults, and elders meet beyond roles. Where learning flows in every direction. Where community is not something we speak about, but something we practise, every day.

What This Is

This is not a camp in the traditional sense.

It is a shared field of experiences.

Here, children are not just participants. They are creators, facilitators, and teachers of their own passions. Adults are not just supervisors. They are present, engaged, and invited to rediscover curiosity alongside them.

We design spaces where:

  • ages mix naturally
  • knowledge flows in all directions
  • participation is an invitation, not an obligation
Each format has its own rhythm, structure, and way of joining.

——- A Living Programme ——-

Throughout the year, Joyceful Nature Adventures unfolds through different formats:

Nature Camps
Multi-day experiences, blending arts, crafts, movement, nature connection, and play, where creativity unfolds, friendships grow, and each participant becomes part of a shared living experience.

Drop-off & Open Activities
Shorter, flexible experiences woven into the seasonal rhythm, creating natural moments to join, explore, and connect. Some are  for children, others invite shared participation across ages.

Intergenerational Connections
Shared moments across ages, where stories, skills, and experiences are exchanged, creating meaningful connections and a sense of belonging within a diverse and living community.

Worldschooling Gatherings
Gatherings for travelling families to connect, slow down, and integrate into a temporary community, while engaging with the rhythm of the land and shared daily experiences.

Retreats & Themed Experiences
Intentional gatherings such as art or queer retreats, offering space for expression, reflection, and connection, held within a supportive environment rooted in nature and community.

Rooted Locally, Open to the World

We intentionally bring together local families and international participants.

This creates something rare:
A space where cultures meet naturally, without performance.
Where language becomes playful.
Where connection happens through doing, sharing, and being together.

Come As You Are

Whether you are:

  • a child full of ideas
  • a parent seeking meaningful experiences
  • a travelling family looking for community
  • an adult wanting to reconnect with creativity and nature

There is a place for you here.
