This project is for you if you want to :

Accomodation ?
Isla del Genil is a rural house surrounded by nature. It is located in the countryside, just 500 metres from the Genil River.
The accommodation has shared rooms for 3-4 people.
In the place, we can find big rooms for the meetings and we can be in contact with the nature throught the exterior patio and garden where we will have activities.
How to arrive ?
The flight should be to Malága / Seville Airport
The driving distance from Malága to Isla del Genil is around 1h.
We will pick the whole group with a shuttle bus the 4th at 17:00 THIS IS THE MEETING POINT
The traveling days from your origin country are the 4th and 13th of March. You can exceed at maximum 2 days before or after the projects
What will happen ?
MAIN GOALS
* Develop Coaching Skills: Equip youth workers with practical coaching techniques to effectively support and guide their participants.
* Engage Participants in Social Activities: Foster youth engagement in meaningful social initiatives and community-building efforts.
* Experience Social Learning: Participate in a collaborative learning journey, applying coaching workshops and sharing reflections to enhance collective growth.
* Facilitate Personal and Professional Growth: Create a space for youth workers to discover and expand their potential, both individually and as a group.
* Encourage Peer Support: Build a supportive environment where participants help each other improve their coaching methods through feedback and shared experiences.e countries;
